Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Security Access Manager Appliance. A remote authenticated user can access and modify data on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can exploit a permissions error to access and modify a security-critical resource on the target system.

IBM X-Force Ethical Hacking Team (Ron Craig, Warren Moynihan, Jonathan Fitz-Gerald, John Zuccato, Rodney Ryan, Chris Shepherd, Dmitriy Beryoza) reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can access and modify an unspecified security-critical resource on the target system.
