Description:   A vulnerability was reported in F5 BIG-IP. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions. A remote user can execute commands on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted TLS 1.2 data to trigger a flaw in the ClientSSL profile component of the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) and cause denial of service conditions or potentially execute commands on the target system.

The vendor has assigned ID 684879 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can execute commands on the target system.

Solution:   F5 has issued a fix (11.5.5, 11.6.2, 12.1.3, 13.1.0).
