Description:   A vulnerability was reported in F5 BIG-IP. A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges.

A remote authenticated user can send asynchronous tasks via the iControl REST interface to trigger a race condition and execute commands with elevated privileges on the target system.


Impact:   A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   F5 has issued a fix (12.1.3, 13.1.0).
