Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Tenable SecurityCenter. A remote authenticated user can inject SQL commands.

The software does not properly validate user-supplied input in the password field when running a diagnostic scan. A remote authenticated user with privileges to run diagnostic scans can supply a specially crafted parameter value to execute SQL commands on the underlying database.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can execute SQL commands on the underlying database.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (5.6.0).
