Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Business Process Manager. A remote authenticated user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can exploit an access control flaw in a REST API to start or stop the Event Manager.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can cause the Event Manager to start or stop on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APAR JR58466).
