Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Oracle iPlanet Web Server. A remote user can access data on the target system. A remote user can modify data on the target system.

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle iPlanet Web Server Admin Graphical User Interface component to partially access and partially modify data.

Lea Nuel of NES reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can obtain data on the target system.

A remote user can modify data on the target system.

Solution:   Oracle has issued a fix as part of the October 2017 Oracle Critical Patch Update.
