Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Notes. A remote user can cause the target service to crash.

A remote user can trigger an unmarshalling error in XStream to cause the target service to crash.

The vendor has assigned SPR# PPUEAMNDJ4 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target service to crash.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (8.5.3 Fix Pack 6 Interim Fix 15, 9.0.1 Feature Pack 9).
