Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Siemens Scalance. A remote user on the local network can perform administrative actions on the target system.

A remote user on the local network can exploit an access control flaw in the Ruggedcom Discovery Protocol (RCDP) implementation on a configured target device to perform administrative actions on the target device.

Impact:   A remote user on the local network can perform administrative actions on the target system.
Solution:   No solution was available at the time of this entry.

As a workaround, the vendor recommends manually deactivating RCDP.
