Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco IOS XE on Cisco cBR-8 Converged Broadband Routers. A physically local user can access the operating system on the target device.

A physically local user can connect to the RJ-45 engineering console port on the motherboard of certain line cards and supply the hardcoded username and password to access the operating system on the target device.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCve77132 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A physically local user can access the operating system on the target device.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
