Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Wide Area Application Services. A remote user can cause the target service to crash.

A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP request through the target device to cause an HTTP Application Optimization (AO) related process on the target system to restart. As a result, the target system may drop traffic while the process is restarting.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvc63048 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target service to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
