Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache Tomcat. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP PUT request to upload an arbitrary JSP file to the target system and then request the file to execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target service.

Windows-based systems with HTTP PUTs enabled are affected.

iswin from 360-sg-lab reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (7.0.81).
