Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco StarOS for Cisco ASR 5000 Series Routers. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

The system sets incorrect permissions for certain users. A local user can modify environment variables to gain admin-level privileges on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvd47741 to this vulnerability.
