Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Hyper-V. A local user on the guest system can cause denial of service conditions on the host system.

A local privileged user on the guest system can run a specially crafted application to trigger an input validation flaw in the Hyper-V Network Switch and cause the host system to crash.

Azure Security Reliance Team reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local privileged user on the guest system can cause the host system to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
