Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere Application Server Proxy Server. A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information.

When the system clock is changed, the WebSphere Application Server Proxy Server may cache and serve stale data. As a result, a local user can obtain potentially sensitive information.

Impact:   A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APAR PI82630).
