Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere Application Server. A local user can access data on the target system.

A custom startup script does not obtain the proper umask from the 'server.xml' file and may create log files with default permissions instead of the specified permissions. As a result, a local user can obtain log file data on the target system.

Impact:   A local user can obtain log file data on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APAR PI79343).
