Description:   A vulnerability was reported in RSA BSAFE Cert-C. A remote user can cause the target application to crash.

A remote user can create a specially crafted certificate that, when processed by the target application, will trigger a certificate processing logic error in RSA BSAFE Cert-C and cause the target application to crash.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target application to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (Advisory ESA-2017-031; Cert-C 2.9.0.5).
