Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. A local user can gain system privileges on the target system.

A local user can place a specially crafted DLL file in a specific system directory to exploit a DLL loading path and filename validation error and execute the file with System level privileges on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvc97928 to this vulnerability.

Felix Wilhelm, a security researcher with ERNW, reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain system privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (4.4.02034).
