Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Prime Data Center Network Manager. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The system includes a debugging tool that is enabled. A remote user can bypass role-based access controls (RBACs) by connecting to a debugging tool on the target system and executing arbitrary code with root privileges on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvd09961 to this vulnerability.

Antonius Mulder of Commonwealth Bank of Australia reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary code with root privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
