Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco UCS C-Series Rack Servers. A remote user can cause the target service to stop accepting new connections.

A remote user can send TCP SYN packets at a high rate to the target TCP listening port to trigger a flaw in the TCP throttling process and cause the port to stop accepting new connections.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCva65544 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target service to stop accepting new connections.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (3.0(1c), 3.1(3a)).
