Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco 8851 IP Phone. A remote user can cause the target service to be disrupted.

A remote user can send a specially crafted Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) CANCEL packet to cause phone service on the target phone to be disrupted.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvc34795 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target service to be disrupted.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (11.0(0)MP2.100, 11.0(0)MP2.120, 11.0(0)MP2.153).
