Description:   Two vulnerabilities were reported in Windows Server Message Block. A remote user can cause the target system to stop responding.

A remote user can send specially crafted SMB requests to the target system ton cause the target system to stop responding.

A manual restart is required to return the system to normal operatios,

Nicolas Joly of MSRC Vulnerabilities & Mitigations and Swamy Shivaganga Nagaraju of MSRC Vulnerabilities & Mitigations reported these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target system to stop responding.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
