Description:   Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in HPE Network Automation. A remote user can access the target system. A remote user can gain elevated privileges. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system. A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system. A remote user can inject SQL commands.

A remote user can gain access to the target system [CVE-2017-5813].

A remote user can bypass authentication to gain elevated privileges on the target system [CVE-2017-5814].

A remote user can send specially crafted data to execute arbitrary code on the target system [CVE-2017-5811].

A remote user can send a specially crafted request to view potentially sensitive information on the target system [CVE-2017-5812].

The software does not properly validate user-supplied input. A remote user can supply a specially crafted parameter value to execute SQL commands on the underlying database [CVE-2017-5810].

rgod (via Trend Micro's Zero Day Initiative) and Christophe Schleypen of NATO NCIRC reported these vulnerabilities.

A remote user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.

A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A remote user can execute SQL commands on the underlying database.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
