Description:   A vulnerability was reported in F5 BIG-IP. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted IPv6 MTU option data to trigger a flaw in the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) and cause the TMM process to restart.

The vendor has assigned ID 597394 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target TMM to restart.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (11.5.4 HF3, 11.6.1 HF2, 12.1.2, 13.0.0).
