Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere MQ. A remote user can consume excessive resources on the target system.

A remote user can cause threaded channel agents (amqrmppa) to fail to terminate when no longer needed, consuming consume excessive server resources on the target system.

Impact:   A remote user can consume excessive server resources on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APAR IT19218).
