Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML). A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A remote user can create a specially crafted link that, when loaded by the target user, will trigger an object memory handling flaw in MSXML and access potentially sensitive information on the target system.

Brooks Li and Joseph C Chen of Trend Micro and Will Metcalf and Kafeine of Proofpoint reported these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
