Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Security Access Manager. A local user can obtain passwords on the target system.

A local user can access obfuscated passwords that are stored in plain-text configuration files.

Impact:   A local user can obtain passwords on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix.
