Description:   A vulnerability was reported in BMC Remedy Action Request System. A remote user can modify passwords on the target system.

A remote user can submit a blank value for the previous password to reset arbitrary passwords.

Bhushan Nikam from Network Intelligence (I) Pvt. Ltd. reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can reset arbitrary passwords on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a configuration fix.
