Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Docker Engine. An application user can gain elevated privileges.

A specially crafted application can exploit an ambient capabilities configuration policy flaw to access access files within the container filesystem.

Impact:   An application can gain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (Engine 1.12.3).
