Description:   A vulnerability was reported in OpenSSL. A remote authenticated user can cause the target service to hang.

A remote authenticated user can send a specially crafted record to trigger a flaw in SSL_peek() and cause the target service to hang.

The vendor was notified on September 10, 2016.

Alex Gaynor reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can cause the target service to hang.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (1.1.0a).
