Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Wireless LAN Controller. A remote user can cause the target system to restart.

A remote user on the local network can send specially crafted Inter-Access Point Protocol (IAPP) packets followed by a Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) request for traffic stream metrics (TSM) to cause the target Wireless LAN Controller to restart.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuz40221 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target system to restart.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (8.0.140, 8.2.121.0, 8.3.102.0).
