Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco 8800 Series IP Phones. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP request to the target device to trigger a memory corruption error in the web server and cause denial of service conditions.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuz03038 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
