Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Aironet. A local user can obtain root privileges on the target system.

A local user can supply specially crafted command line-interface (CLI) parameters to trigger an input validation flaw and execute arbitrary commands on the target system with root privileges.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuz24725 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain root privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (8.2.110.0, 8.2.121.0, 8.3.102.0).
