Description:   A vulnerability was reported in vtiger. A remote authenticated user can modify user data on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can exploit a flaw in 'modules/Users/actions/Save.php' in the Users_Save_Action class to create user accounts and modify user accounts on the target system.
