Description:   A vulnerability was reported in PuTTY. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user that can place a specially crafted DLL (named 'UxTheme.dll' or 'ntmarta.dll') in the same directory as the 'putty.exe' executable can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target system when the target user runs 'putty.exe'.
