Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere MQ. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user with '+connect' and '+dsp' authority can execute certain commands on the target local queue manager with elevated privileges.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (8.0.0.5).
