Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco 8800 Series IP Phones. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can exploit an access permissions flaw in the filesystem to view and modify arbitrary files on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuz03014 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
