Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache Struts. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted data to trigger an OGNL cache implementation error and block access to the target web site.

Tao Wang of Baidu Security Response Center reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can block access to the target web site.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (use OGNL version 3.0.12 or later).
