Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Cognos TM1. A remote authenticated user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote authenticated administrative user can set an empty 'AdminGroups' value on the security settings node of the IBM Cognos Performance Management Hub configuration page ('host/pmhub/pm/admin'). A remote user can then load a specially crafted URL to access the configuration page and enter a non-blank 'AdminGroups' value to prevent access to the configuration.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (10.2.2 Fix Pack 5, 10.2.2 FP5 IF1).
