Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache Struts. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target system.

A remote user can upload a specially crafted file and then submit a specially crafted stylesheet location parameter that points to the uploaded file to potentially execute code on the target system in certain cases.

GENXOR of Qihoo 360 SkyEye Lab reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can create content that, when processed by the target application, will execute code on the target system in certain cases.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (2.3.20.2, 2.3.24.2, 2.3.28.1).
