Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco ASA. A remote user can cause the target system to reload.

A remote user can send specially crafted DHCPv6 packets to the target device to trigger a flaw in the DHCPv6 relay feature and cause the target device to reload.

Systems configured in routed firewall mode and in single or multiple context mode are affected when configured with the DHCPv6 relay feature.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCus23248 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target device to reload.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (9.4(1.1)).
