Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Unified Computing System Platform Emulator. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can supply specially crafted arguments to the 'ucspe-copy' command to execute arbitrary commands on the target system with elevated privileges.

The Platform Emulator is affected.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCux68832 to this vulnerability.

Jacob Baines of Tenable Network Security reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
