Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apple Software Update. A remote user can modify the contents of update windows on the target system in certain cases.

The software retrieves the contents of update windows via a non-secure HTTP connection. A remote user that can conduct a man-in-the-middle attack can modify the contents of the update window on the target system.

Impact:   that can conduct a man-in-the-middle attack can modify the contents of the update window on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (2.2).
