Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Wireless Residential Gateway. A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP request to exploit an access control flaw in the web-based administration interface to view potentially sensitive information on the target system.

The following models are affected:

DPC3941 Wireless Residential Gateway with Digital Voice
DPC3939B Wireless Residential Voice Gateway

The vendor has assigned bug IDs CSCus49493 and CSCus49506 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
