Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Juniper Junos on SRX-Series devices. A remote user can cause the target service to crash.

A remote user can send a specially crafted Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) packet to cause the target flowd service to crash. As a result, traffic flowing through the target device may be interrupted or halted.

SRX-Series devices in standalone or HA mode are affected.

Systems with the RTSP Application Layer Gateway (ALG) enabled are affected.

The vendor has assigned PR 1116559 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause traffic flowing through the target device to be interrupted or halted.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (12.1X46-D45 [pending], 12.1X47-D30, 12.3X48-D20, 15.1X49-D30).
