Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco ASR 5000 Series Routers running StarOS. A remote authenticated user can gain elevated privileges.

A remote authenticated privileged administrative user can exploit a flaw in the SSH subsystem when multiple users are configured to use SSH keys for authentication to gain elevated administrative privileges on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCux22492 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated privileged administrative user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
