Description:   Two vulnerabilities were reported in Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 Controller. A remote user can cause the target system to crash. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted packets to TCP port 102 to cause the target device to restart and remain in 'STOP' mode [CVE-2016-2200].

A remote user may be able to bypass or reduce the effectiveness of the replay protection mechanisms on TCP port 102 in certain cases [CVE-2016-2201].
