Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere MQ. A local user can obtain passwords on the target system.

The system stores the Telemetry MQXR keystore password in clear text in a world readable file. A local user can obtain the password.

Impact:   A local user can obtain the Telemetry MQXR keystore password on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (fixpack 7.1.0.7, APAR IT09866 for 7.x, fixpack 8.0.0.4).
