Description:   A vulnerability was reported in WinRAR. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can create a specially crafted DLL file in the same file as an extension-less SFX archive. When the extension-less SFX archive is opened by the target user via WinRAR, the DLL file may be executed with the privileges of the WinRAR application. This can be exploited to gain elevated privileges on the target system.
