Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco IOS XR. A remote user can cause the target service to restart.

A remote user can send a specially crafted Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) Link State Advertisement (LSA) update to trigger a flaw related to the number of OSPF Path Computation Elements (PCEs) and cause the target OSPF process to restart

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCuw83486 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target OSPF process to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
