Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the Linux kernel. A local user can bypass security restrictions.

A local user can exploit an access permissions flaw to modify the attributes of arbitrary overlay files.

The vulnerability resides in the ovl_setattr() function in 'fs/overlayfs/inode.c'.

Impact:   A local user can bypass security controls to modify the attributes of arbitrary overlay files on the target system.
